Product Description
MoBiTec's deoxynucleotide triphosphates are supplied as sodium salts in buffered, stabilized, time-saving, ready-to-use solutions at a final concentration of 100 mM. They can be directly used in DNA sequencing, cDNA synthesis, labeling and PCR* techniques. Each deoxynucleotide triphosphate is guaranteed for its high purity (>98% triphosphate form), free of nuclease activities and rigorously controlled. They are supplied in purified water, available as individual products, sets with four dNTPs in separate tubes or in a convenient mix containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP (or dUTP). The pH of the solutions is adjusted to 7.0 and their stability guaranteed for long term storage (at least one year). In the dNTP mixes each dNTP (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP) has a final concentration of 25 mM.
