Technical Details:


The RNA Ladder is a mix of eight RNA transcripts. It contains the following 8 discrete fragments: 6,000; 4,000; 3,000; 2,000; 1,500;1,000; 750 and 500 bases.

Fig. right: 3 µl (1.5 µg) RNA Ladder mixed with RNA loading buffer (not provided) is analyzed on a MOPS/formaldehyde agarose gel (1.2 %).
